Each size is supplied to a full dimensional specification: total length, filter length, opening diameter and filling capacity.

- Hemp, bamboo and wood pulp papers, plus custom colors
- Rice-paper style ultra-thin paper: bleached wood pulp, 10 gsm
- White, unbleached, flax and printed paper routes
- Natural Arabic (acacia) gum seams; the site describes it as food-grade and vegan
- FSC-certified sourcing available as an option where a project requires it
Filter tips
Cones can be supplied with paper tips or with glass, wood, ceramic or custom-printed tips. Tip length, diameter, structure, colour and print are set per order.

Custom printing on cones
ACE Rolling develops custom-printed cone paper, printed filter tips, colored papers and coordinated packaging. Artwork is checked on a formed cone sample for seam alignment, colour on the chosen paper and print position before production.
Logo placement options on the filter crutch include outer-wrapper printing, inner-crutch printing and hot-foil (gold or silver) on the tip wrapper.
Custom watermarks, including brand and anti-counterfeit patterns, are also produced.
Custom boxes and packaging
Pack formats include bulk trays, jar sets, display boxes and retail-ready cartons.
Retail display boxes are quoted together with the cone order, so the cones and the boxes run on one production plan. Box options described on the site:
- Board: SBS, kraft, coated art board, E-flute laminate; corrugated for master shippers
- Finishes: matte or gloss lamination, gold or silver foil, spot UV, embossing, debossing
- One dieline per cone size family (84mm, 98mm, 109mm)
- Space on the dieline is reserved for warning text, batch codes and origin marks; the buyer supplies the legal wording
- Compliance-ready options: tamper-evident seals, child-resistant packaging, state-specific labelling
- Die-cut templates (.AI/.PDF) for cones and boxes are available to download from the homepage
